NOW IT'S TIME TO BUILD.
Now that we have the Specifications for your project, we're ready to start building. Follow these three easy steps to get your project underway.
Complete a Consultation
Within 24 hours of your Spec Sheet being completed, a representative will reach out to you via phone or email to complete or schedule a consultation. We do our best to reach out automatically, and we complete consultations free of charge. The purpose of the consultation is to get to know you as a client, provide more information, and verify your specifications.
As a result of our live consultation, we will generate your estimate (which details the amount your project will cost including materials, shipping, labor, etc) and your contract (which outlines expectations and deliverables, like your project timeline, policies, pricing, and agreements). These will be sent via email.
Pay your Invoice
After completion of all your paperwork, We will send an invoice for payment. We accept all major credit cards. In some instances, depending on the necessity of the transaction, we also use other payment platforms, such as Paypal, Cashapp, Zelle, etc. Once your payment clears, we purchase your materials and start on your project, providing you updates throughout the process.
While your project is being completed, we contact you at times through out the process to reassure you that the project is coming out well, to describe where we are in the process, and to reaffirm the timeframe it will take for you to get your project.
For Short term builds (30 days or less)
For mid-range builds (31-90 days)
For Long term builds (91 days-1 year)
PROJECT COMPLETION AND SHIPPING
Once your custom piece is complete, we send you verification photos and video of the completed piece for your approval, and to document the condition of your piece prior to shipment. If you paid for your full piece upfront, we will send your item. If you took advantage of our split payment option, we will send an invoice for your remaining amount via email. Once your completion payment has cleared, we will send your piece within 24 hours.
